\"\"After my 18km run this morning, Nike congratulated me for hitting the 2000km mark. Yay God! I\u2019ve had a good running year. And to celebrate it, I have made an impromptu executive decision to take a break from running until the new year. A well deserved break. And I get to indulge. Yes. My workouts must decrease and my cookie intake must increase! After all, we are now counting off the 12 days of Christmas. And, bannange, it will not be the token cake \u201csampling.\u201d It\u2019s the whole enchilada: Fudgy Brownies, Mona\u2019s classic Chocolate Chip cookies, what have you. Even the Ginger bread man my little 8 year-old sweetie pie made last weekend will be put to the taste. Kwegamba! Thankfully, my nosy auntie (a certified wiseacre that one – the one who pokes my \u201cchristmas tummy\u201d around New Year\u2019s eve) won\u2019t be with us this Christmas.
