Heard of The Prayer of Jabez? It became so popular it even made the New York Times bestseller list a few years ago. But David\u2019s little-proclaimed (but bold) prayer in the Psalms jumped off the page at me this morning. It was written during a time of great distress – after he had narrowly escaped one of many of Saul\u2019s spirited attempts to kill him. He was hiding in the desert at this point.<\/span><\/p>\n
