Re-imagineering our post Covid business model with my good man, with a razor-sharp strategic mind, Julius Lukwago. In this new economy, it’s always DAY 1. The winning business will be the one that goes back to the starting blocks after every win, or fail – it doesn’t matter. Now that we are tiptoeing out of our homes a bit more, we are experimenting with hybrid remote working. And for the first time in 18 years, I don’t have a C-Suite executive corner office. We dumped our old office for this one that is inexpensively designed to support interaction and collaboration on the days we come in. There are light-bulb ideas that can only come in at close quarters – at the water cooler, during the coffee break, etc. Not via Zoom. A sense of community is also nurtured in this environment.

Rachel, Amen! Isaiah 43:19; Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it?
